To ensure the quickest confirmed delivery on all orders to India, please be sure to include the COMPLETE postal address with the correct PIN CODE. We cannot be responsible for postal delays resulting from incomplete address listings.
Please note that the customer bears the responsibility for all shipments to colleges, schools, or hostels. If the school’s warden does not accept your package or it is refused for any reason, shopjoyas.co.in will under no circumstances issue a refund or credit to the customer’s account. For a special or preferred delivery date, the sender must mention it in the gift message box when placing their order. If the order does not contain any delivery date, then it will be delivered at the first opportunity, as soon as possible.

INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS

Please note: some courier companies charge a penalty for incorrect shipping addresses, wherein the address and zip code do not match. The customer will, without exception, bear the cost of any such penalties and fees, not shopjoyas.co.in. Please make sure your shipping address is correct.
In the event of a reshipment of the same order, customers will be responsible for paying reshipping charges for the reshipment. If customers provide an incomplete address, shopjoyas.co.in cannot take any action until both parties receive the package. If the package is lost or misplaced due to the incorrect or incomplete address, shopjoyas.co.in will under no circumstances be responsible and will not initiate any kind of refund.

Time to Dispatch mentioned on our website against each item are indicative and approximate values only, and sometimesbecause of situations beyond our control, delays may occur. No refund, return, replacement, or exchange will be entertained for this reason. In normal circumstances, the dispatch time will be 1 to 4 days, and shipping will be done within 7 to 10 days after dispatching the order.
