4. Shipping
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–3 working days. Estimated delivery time is 4–7 working days from dispatch.
We are not responsible for delays due to courier partners, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
5. Return and Refund Policy
We only accept returns in case the product is received in a damaged condition. A 360-degree unboxing video is mandatory, and the claim must be raised within 48 hours of delivery. Refer to our full Return & Refund Policy for detailed terms.
No cash refunds are provided. Only store credits or replacement (if applicable) will be issued.
6. Cancellations
We do not offer cancellations once an order is placed. Please review your order carefully before proceeding with payment.
