Refund and Cancellations

We’re committed to delivering quality you can trust. However, in the rare case that your order arrives damaged, we’ve got you covered.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns only if the product is damaged or defective at the time of delivery. To be eligible:

  • The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

  • A 360° unboxing video is mandatory and must clearly show the damage at the time of opening.

  • All tags, labels, and original packaging must be intact.

  • Send your return request to shopjoyasnow@gmail.com along with your order ID and unboxing video.

We do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind or personal preference.


Important Notes

  • No cash refunds. All eligible returns will be processed as store credit via a gift card (with unlimited validity).

  • If multiple items were ordered, only the damaged item will be accepted.

  • The brand reserves the right to approve or deny return claims based on the evidence provided.

  • In the case of non-serviceable reverse pickup areas, we may request customers to return the product via a self-shipped courier.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that are used, worn, or without original packaging

  • Individual pieces from combo sets or gift boxes


Cancellation Policy

Due to operational efficiency, we do not allow cancellations once an order is placed. We encourage customers to shop carefully, as each order begins processing immediately upon placement.
